Package is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other specials or added to an existing reservation. 1 Day Advanced Booking required. Other restrictions may apply.
Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. If the credit card is found invalid, we will attempt to contact you to obtain a new guarantee method. If we are unable to contact you, the reservation will be canceled. The Hotel will hold $100 per day on the guests credit card for an incidentals or room charges. Any unused funds will be released 24 hours after check to the credit card. Some credit card company's take longer to refund authorizations.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notification must be received by 6pm Central Time, on your arrival date. Any late cancellations or failure to show will result in a penalty equal to the value of one night's room and tax charges.
General Policy: Our property set in the heart of Lakeview near Wrigley Field is a smoke-free, pet-free hotel. Our guest experience staff is available 24 hours a day.
