General Policy: -Early Check out Policy - Cancellation policy applies to early check out -- full room and tax charged if early check out occurs within cancellation period -Late Checkout Policy - based upon availability - fees apply -Guest must be 21 years of age to reserve a room. A $25 Resort fee, plus tax applies for each night of your stay for rooms at the main lodge and a $50 Resort fee, plus tax for Villa accommodations.

Guarantee Policy: A refundable deposit equal to 1 night stay is required At the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 4 PM local hotel time at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night cancel penalty charge. Villa reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s room and tax. A $35 processing fee will be charged with every Villa cancellation.

Pet Policy: Our pet program is designed for dogs only. No other pets are allowed on property. There is a 25lb weight limit restriction. Pets must be registered during check-in at the front desk. You will find a $65 pet fee per night added to your room account. The fee is $75 for two dogs, with a two dog maximum. Dogs are allowed in Deluxe Category Guest Accommodations. Our five pet friendly rooms are: (Building one, ground floor, courtside view only) 1101 courtside king; 1103 courtside double;1105 courtside king; 1107 King suite; 1111 King suite
