Cancellation Policy: This reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of your arrival. Failure to follow cancellation policies may result in a charge on your credit card.

Hotel No Show Policy: 1 night charge
Early Check In Policy: $10 if available, up to 3 hours prior to standard check-in time
Late Check Out Policy: Late check out up to one hour based on availability at no additional charge
Early Check Out Policy: No charge unless it is after 2 pm, then half of the room rate. After 4 pm, the full price of the room rate will be charged.
Minimum Check In Age: There is no minimum check in age.
Luggage Storage: Guests are able to drop their luggage at the hotel prior to check in based on room availability behind the front desk. There is no additional charge for storing luggage.
Package Delivery: We accept package deliveries for guests if it can fit behind the front desk. Packages are accepted 5 days prior to a guest's arrival. Packages should be addressed with the guest's name, arrival date, hotel name and address. There is no storage or handling fee unless the package is too big to keep behind the front desk.
Parking: Free self parking. There is large vehicle parking available behind the hotel in the back parking lot at no additional charge. There is offsite street parking if all parking lots are full.
Payment Policy: Guest's are not allowed to pay with cash at check in.
Pet Policy: Pets allowed with a 20USD fee per pet per night.
Pets must be domestic animals under 150 lbs.
Pets are allowed in all downstairs rooms.
Pet fees are non-refundable.
