Guarantee Policy: 100% pre-payment in advance is required. All major credit or debit cards are accepted. Reservations are non-cancellable,non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be received by 11am 3 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. All reservations will be assessed a $30 cancellation fee per reservation. A cancellation number is necessary for a payment refund. Changes in arrival and departure dates require 3 days advance notice prior to your arrival date. Deposits on cancellations made inside the cancellation period are non transferable to another guest or current reservation, and are non-refundable.
For all additional guests after 4 people, an extra guest fee of $20/guest/night will be applied to your reservation at check-in.
DEBIT CARD USERS: Please be aware that if you have given us your debit card for a deposit or payment, the charges will be processed immediately that day. If you decide to change your method of payment at anytime, Chula Vista Resort will process a refund to your card that day, but funds may not be released to your account for up to 5-7 business days. Chula Vista Resort is not responsible for the loss of use of these funds or any possible overdraft charges.
RESORT FEE: In order to simplify your room account, the following services and resort amenities are included in your daily $18.99 resort fee: Transportation on resort grounds using our shuttle service, adult access to the fitness facility, all local, calling card and toll-free telephone calls, incoming fax messages, and high speed wireless internet access.
