Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by a prepayment of the full contracted amount of your reservation made by valid credit card. Reservations will be held until 11:59 PM MST on scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled or shortened 14 days or less prior to scheduled arrival are non-refundable and forfeit full deposit paid. No show reservations will be cancelled after the date of arrival and forfeit full deposit paid. Reservations booked within the stated cancellation policy are non-refundable. Due to our resort location, we strictly adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected circumstances or weather which would impede travel to the hotel.
