Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 3:00 PM local hotel time at least 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge. There are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, ferry reservations etc. Certain weekends may not apply to this policy. Reservations made for University Graduation/Parents Weekend are considered non-cancellable/non-refundable at the time of booking. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy Description above for your reservation.

Any cancellation after this time (or no-show) will result in a charge equal to one night's room and tax for a one-night stay, or two nights' rooms and taxes for a multi-night stay. There are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, ferry reservations etc. Stays that are shortened are subject to an early departure charge equal to one night's room and tax.
