We expect that our travel partners will honour all aspects of our published cancellation policies BUT we can’t guarantee it. We strongly encourage guests who made reservations via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals to contact them directly for information on their policies.
At The Parkside Hotel & Spa, we take sustainability seriously; in fact, we are a carbon neutral certified and Four Green Key rated hotel. Our Climate Contribution program consists of a small fee of $1.25 per night that goes towards three amazing, forward-thinking initiatives with Offsetters. This fee is optional and should you choose to "opt out", please inform us at check in. A pet fee of $50.00 plus tax per stay, up to seven (7) nights will be applied.
