Guarantee Policy: A deposit of 1 night stay plus room charge occupancy tax will be charged at the time of booking.
$18 Resort Service Fee will be collected separately upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 3 days prior to arrival or fee of 1 night plus room charge occupancy tax.
Pet Policy: Temecula Creek Inn is a pet friendly resort that understands your dog is an extension of your family. We
gladly welcome our guests traveling with dogs of all sizes.
There will be a $75 fee billed per room per stay.
This fee does not apply to licensed service or guide dogs.
I agree to and understand the terms of the Temecula Creek Inn Pet Policy as follows:
• A non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 is charged to my account upon arrival.
• A valid credit card number must remain on file at the front desk.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: I agree to make my room available to housekeeping and/or
maintenance staff and will arrange to have my pet out of the room to accommodate this service.
• No more than two pets are allowed per room
• Vaccinations must be up-to-date
• Pet must never be left unattended in the guest room.
• Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
• Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guest room.
• Pet must only be walked in areas on property where guests are not congregating.
• Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the
outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
• Damages caused by your pet to the room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are your sole
responsibility. You understand that your account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages.
• Guest room is subject to damage inspection at any time as well as upon checkout.
• Noise/Disruptive complaints: If hotel management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative
arrangements must be made for your pet. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has
been in the guest room.
• A valid cell phone number for a person staying in the room must be left on file with the front desk at all times.
