Guarantee Policy: In order to guarantee your reservation, guests making a reservation must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card. A first night’s deposit (plus tax) will be taken at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled prior to 7-days of arrival to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations received within 7-days will forfeit the first nights deposit.
General Policy:
Additional Guests: All pricing for suites is based on double occupancy. If you have more than 2 people in your suite there will be an additional charge of $25.00 (plus tax) per person per night. Please note, children under the age of 18 years old stay free.
Special Requests: Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and not inside the units. A charge will be incurred if you are discovered smoking on the deck or inside one of the vacation rental suites.
Housekeeping: Your suite is only cleaned upon departure. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Please ask our reservation agents for more information.
Parking: All of our vacation rentals have car-port parking for 2 standard-sized vehicles. The upper parking lot is available for over-sized and additional vehicles for a fee of $10/day.
Pet Policy: Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina has a limited number of designated pet-friendly rooms. If you are considering staying with your pet please contact the resort directly to check availability before booking online. Guests who do not request a pet friendly suite upon booking cannot be guaranteed that one will be available upon arrival.
Pet Guest Fee: $40 for 1 pet, $70 for 2 pets, per stay.
Pet Damages: If your pet damages the room, you will incur all fees associated with cleaning and repairing the room. Noise from Pets must not be allowed to interrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests at the Resort. Refunds to guests due to noise complaints will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
