• Valet parking only. Valet parking fee is $30 plus tax. Self-parking at other nearby parking garages, pricing will vary.
• Early Check-out fee of $75 USD will be charged.
• Late Check-out is based on availability, a fee of ½ day rate will be charged after 2pm.

Guarantee Policy: All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night within 1 day before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: We allow up one (1) day prior to 3pm CST of your arrival date to cancel your reservation free of charge. Should you cancel within that period of time or in case of a no-show we will charge one night's room plus tax on the credit card you provided us at the time of booking.

Pet Policy: • Pet Fee of $125 USD per stay charged at time of check-in.
• A non-refundable fee of $50 USD plus tax will be assessed for every additional pet. Maximum two (2) pets.
• Max 40 pounds
• Pets may not be left unattended.
